Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes or gift sets.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged or defective.
- Process: Contact us at info@cheelera.com with details and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
