CHEELERA Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes or gift sets.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at (cheelera6@gmail.com, +92-315-6458-505 ) with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged or defective.
  • Process: Contact us at info@cheelera.com with details and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
